The sheets, skirt, and blanket can all be washed in the delicate cycle in cold water. Dry on low heat. The bumpers are slip-covered, so the interior pillow insert must be removed before washing. Wash the covers on the delicate cycle, in cold water, and line dry. Iron if necessary.
The interior & exterior of the bag can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and diluted cleaner. Do not saturate the interior of the bag. We suggest diluted laundry cleaner for the exterior of the bag, and a disinfectant spray cleaner for the interior. Do not use any product with bleach in it.
Please fill out our contact us form with a detailed explanation of what is wrong with your product. If it is a manufacturers defect, we will send you a return authorization number, and upon receiving the damaged item it will be immediately repaired or replaced and sent out to you as soon as possible. Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be replaced or repaired, and will be returned to the sender at their cost.
All returns and exchanged must be between you and the retail store you purchased it from. Please contact the store about their return policy.
Our entire collection is on our website, and we update it frequently with the most current stores, press, and products. All of our retailers have catalogs in their stores that you can also browse through. If you wish to have a catalog sent to you, there is a $10 charge.
